This page outlines the Year 1 Educator Effectiveness activities for Cohort 2 SIG schools. Above, you will find a link to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), a.k.a. the side letter to the contract, between Central and UTLA. In each year of SIG, a MOU is negotiated before we can commence with Educator Effectiveness activities. The MOU lays out the decision-making structure as well as the parameters of the work that can be done, including the number of hours and stipend amount.

Besides the MOU, this page contains links to the Activities Summary Handout and Participation Hours tracking spreadsheet for each school (see icons above). The Activities Summary Handout breaks down the hours and provides a timeline for this year's activities. The clock in the upper-right links to the Participation Hours spreadsheets, where you can track your progress towards completing the 30-hour requirement. Belmont HS
