We are excited to provide an update on our new asset management tool. Destiny Resource Manager replacing BMC Remedy Asset Management and is currently in testing phase and target to launch during the upcoming Spring Break. This tool is designed to streamline and improve our device management processes across all schools. To ensure a smooth transition, comprehensive job aids and training sessions will be made available throughout March, providing you with the necessary resources and knowledge to effectively utilize the new system.
New features available in Destiny:
- Ability to assess fines
- Ability to continuously checkin or check out devices
- Ability to create and print barcode labels
- Ability to run Real-time device status report
The Instructional Device Manager (IDM) job aids are available for preview here. Technician job aids are forthcoming.
