The Master Plan Verification Unit provides for the payment of differentials and incentive stipends to qualified employees who are appropriately assigned to programs included in the Master Plan for English Learners.
Our office is currently evaluating retroactive payments for qualified teachers per the 2023 collective bargaining agreement. Qualified teachers will see the retroactive Master Plan differential payments for Fall 2022 and Spring 2023 reflected on the September 5, 2023 pay warrant.
A district bulletin and memoranda detailing the process and criteria for teachers to receive the Master Plan differential per the 2023 collective bargaining agreement moving forward will be published in the E-Library.
