Kindness 5K Run/Walk & BSAP Family Reunion

Required Waivers for Runners and Walkers / Exenciones para Corredores y Caminantes

All runners and walkers participating in the 5K will need to complete a Waiver and Release of Liability Form at the event. Students who want to participate in the 5K but do not have a parent with them will need to print out the Waiver and Release of Liability Form and bring the form signed by the parent to the event.

Todos los corredores y caminantes que participen en la carrera/caminata de 5K deberán completar un formulario de exención de responsabilidad en el evento. Los estudiantes que quieran participar en la carrera de 5K pero no tengan un padre con ellos deberán imprimir el formulario de exención de responsabilidad y traer el formulario firmado por el padre al evento.

    I’m Dr. David Baca, Region North Superintendent and dad. As one of four regions within Los Angeles Unified, we serve schools in the northern portion of the District with 252 schools and over 140,000 students.

    Region North is composed of 12 Communities of Schools (COS). These Communities of Schools are centered around local high schools and their corresponding middle and elementary schools.

    Each school is assigned to one of 13 Regional Director Networks. The Regional Director guides and supports school leadership in achieving the District's Strategic Plan and graduating ALL students ready for the world.
