The Region North Operations team strives to ensure that every Region North school site receives support and guidance toward creating and maintaining a safe and caring environment that supports student achievement. Our work is guided by the LAUSD Strategic Plan: Pillar 2 - Joy & Wellness, the Every School Safe Blueprint for Safety, and district policies & procedures. 

Our Team

The Region North Operations Team, includes the Administrator of Operations (AOO) and a team of Operations Coordinators (OC) who support the school communities in providing our students, staff, and families with a safe, healthy, and welcoming learning environment so that all students may succeed. The Operations team all have experience as teachers, coordinators, and administrators spanning grades K-12. Together, we strive to provide excellent operational services to all Region North staff, students, and families. 

Support

Led by the Administrator of Operations, the Operations Coordinators work with each network of schools to support the schools’ needs including, but not limited to: attendance, enrollment, conflict resolution, crisis consultation, non-discrimination issues, emergency preparedness & response, intra-district permits, school facilities, transportation options, schoolwide positive behavior, athletics, safe passages, resource linkage, and safety & operational matters.
