  • Central Facilities Management

    The Central Facilities Management Group serves as the District's property and facility manager for the administrative headquarters site and selected non-academic District facilities.

    The Central Facilities Management Group also directs the activities of third-party property managers and coordinates the preventive and scheduled maintenance activities for assigned facilities.

    Led by the Central Facilities Manager, this group ensures the safe and reliable operations of a variety of special purpose sites, including:

    • Transportation Dispatch Coordinating Center

    • School Police Headquarters

    • The Emergency/Disaster Response Command Center
