Certificated Transfers
-
A transfer refers to a change of a contract employee’s assigned school or time reporting location, without changing the employee’s classification or employment.
If you are currently a Los Angeles Unified School District teacher and would like to transfer to another LAUSD school, you may be eligible to apply for one of our teacher-initiated transfer opportunities.
Please submit your transfer form(s) to HRSupportServices@lausd.net. If you are eligible and you have secured another position requiring a transfer to a new location, please direct your questions to the hiring administrator or their personnel specialist as they will finalize your transfer once all of the required documentation and approval are obtained.
You may use our Staff Directory to locate the contact information of the Personnel Specialist.
