Professional Development
The District offers at no cost to LAUSD teachers ongoing face-to-face AP and Pre-AP professional development workshops, including the AP/Pre-AP Summer Institute which is offered in June.
Professional development is a vital component for sustaining the District's AP program and ensuring both teacher and student success.
Workshops focus on course development, the course-specific AP exam, and a broad range of research-based, differentiated instructional strategies, supporting AP course and exam success.
