CPR System Request for Access Instructions
The LAUSD Contractor’s Certified Payroll Reporting (CPR) System is a web-based application that will allow you to fulfill your statutory and contractual obligation to report certified payroll records to the awarding body for LAUSD public works projects.
LAUSD Vendor Number Registration
Before you can apply for access to the Online CPR System, you must obtain a LAUSD Supplier Number. If your company already has a LAUSD Supplier Number, please move on to the Request for Access/E-Signature Request section.
To obtain a LAUSD Supplier Number, vendors must first complete Vendor Services’ Self-Registration Process:
- Provide company information on the LAUSD Supplier Self-Registration Request Form to receive an automated e-mail invitation to complete LAUSD’s Supplier Registration Process.
- Click on the link in the email to create an Ariba Network Standard Account and complete the LAUSD’s Supplier Registration Questionnaire.
- Respond to the registration confirmation email from psg-vsu@lausd.net to receive SAP Ariba Vendor Number (10 digits).

Request for Access – New Vendors:
To gain access to the Online CPR system, the following forms are required:
- Complete Request for Access forms.
- Complete Contract Add Form.
- Provide a copy of:
- W-9 Form.
- Active Department of Industrial Relations Public Works Contractor Registration.
- CSLB License (if none, provide Professional License/Secretary of State Corporation/LLC documents, etc.).
- E-Signature Authorization Agreement Form: With the name, e-mail address, & signature of the owner/personnel associated with the license.
- If User is not an owner/personnel associated with license, provide:
- E-Signature Authorization Agreement Form: With the name, e-mail address, & signature of the delegated user(s).
- Delegation of Authority letter signed by both the delegated user and the owner/personnel associated with the license.
Request for Access – Add/Update User:
To add a new user or update a current user's information, the following forms are required:
- Complete Request for Access forms.
- Provide a copy of:
- Active Department of Industrial Relations Public Works Contractor Registration.
- E-Signature Authorization Agreement Form: With the name, e-mail address, & signature of the owner/personnel associated with the license.
- If User is not an owner/personnel associated with license, provide:
- E-Signature Authorization Agreement Form: With the name, e-mail address, & signature of the delegated user(s).
- Delegation of Authority letter signed by both the delegated user and the owner/personnel associated with the license.
For immediate temporary access, email completed forms to lcp@lausd.net. ORIGINAL Wet Signature forms must be mailed to:
