I would like to introduce myself, my name is Santa Ramirez. I am a mother of three beautiful children. I joined the PTA to enhance my children's and other students' education in school. I have been in the PTA organization for about 20 years. I enjoy volunteering for our schools to improve our students' further education, so they can have the best opportunity to grow and advance to a university for their careers. My roles in PTA have been Treasurer at an elementary school and president and Historian at Highlands Council. At the Tenth District PTSA, I have been a Treasurer 2017-2019, Third V.P. Of Health and Education 2019-2021, Second V.P. Of Health 2021-2023, and now 5th V.P. Of Health.

I have been on several committees: Chairmanship of the Finance Committee 2017-2019. Chairmanship of the Nominating Committee 2019. Office Committee 2017-2019. Financial Oversight Committee 2017-2019. Reflections, Leadership Committee, Building and Operation Committee. I have been at my children’s elementary school on the School Site Committee as a parent and a secretary. My family and I participate in our community through services such as Habitat for Humanity and toy drives. My concerns are advocating for our children and encouraging them to do their best to succeed in life. In the past, I worked as a certified nurse and a Bank Supervisor. In brief, I hope this gives you a short insight into my own experience.
