Day 2: Tuesday, April 28, 2015

 

The District began presenting its case.  Thirty-two (32) documents were accepted into evidence.  Testimony was provided by Justo Avila, Chief Human Resources Officer.  It is anticipated that the District's first witness will continue providing testimony and the District will call a second witness on Day 3.

 

Proceedings are scheduled to continue on Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at 9:00 AM.
