The Benefits Administration is a branch within the Risk Management Department. We administer comprehensive health and welfare benefit plans to eligible employees, retirees, and dependents. The range of coverage options include medical, medical opt-out/cash-back, prescription drug, dental, vision, life insurance, health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts, and deferred compensation retirement plans.

Where can I view my 2025 plan year benefit elections?
Log into the Employee Self-Service (ESS) and follow the ESS Instructions to view your 2025 plan elections.
For temporary plan member ID cards, visit the Health Plans/Providers page under the "Health Providers Contact" section or click here for a printout.
