If your child attends a school within the Tsunami Inundation Zone, and a tsunami warning has been issued by the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), students will be evacuated from the school to a pre-determined safe location further inland and at a higher elevation. You will be updated via Blackboard Connect automated messaging system of the location and reunification procedures for students. The location will also be prominently displayed at the school site, although it may be hazardous to approach the school. PLEASE NOTE: TSUNAMI EVACUATIONS WILL ONLY OCCUR FOR TSUNAMI WARNINGS, AND ARE NOT IMPLEMENTED FOR A TSUNAMI WATCH OR A TSUNAMI ADVISORY.
