As the Chief Strategy Officer, I am honored to lead our efforts in shaping a strategic vision that ensures every student and school thrive. Our Strategic Plan serves as our roadmap, guiding us to align resources, programs, and initiatives with our commitment to student success and educational equity.
My role is to lead the Strategy Office as I guide the vision and execution of the district's Strategic Plan. My multifaceted role encompasses overseeing and guiding several pivotal divisions:
The Office of Data and Accountability
Ensures robust data management and accountability practices, driving informed decisions that foster transparency and continuous improvement.
The Strategic Initiatives Office
Focuses on developing and overseeing both the Strategic Plan and the Local Control and Accountability Plan with our vision for educational advancement, promoting strategic projects that enhance learning outcomes and operational efficiency.
The Equitable School Performance Office
Commits to advancing educational equity, striving to eliminate disparities and ensure that every student has the opportunity to thrive in a supportive and high-performing environment.
Supports and oversees the development and performance of charter schools, ensuring they meet high standards and contribute positively to our educational landscape.
Strategic Enrollment and Program Planning Office
Dedicates to optimizing enrollment strategies and program planning to meet the evolving needs of our students and communities effectively.
Strategic Data and Evaluation Branch
Leverages data to evaluate and enhance programs, utilizing insights to drive strategic decisions and improve educational outcomes.
