The Enrollment Dashboard / Position Simulator training is geared toward principals and administrators, will provide basic instruction in navigating the dashboard and demonstrate how the Position Simulator aids in Norm staffing.

The Dealing with Vacancies training provides an overview of the various budget resources available to allow schools to effectively manage their budgets and fill vacant positions.

Budget Availability Report

The Budget Availability Report training is geared towards Principals, Coordinators, School Administrative Assistants (SAAs) and other school site staff, this training will build capacity in understanding and utilizing the Budget Availability report.

School Finance 101 Part-A

The School Finance 101 training is a two-part training, which is geared toward new school site administrators and will provide an understanding of how schools are funded and school budgeting. In part one (A), attendees will be introduced to the District's financial system and gain an awareness of resource allocations and tools to monitor the budget.

School Finance 101 Part-B

The School Finance 101 training is a two-part training, which is geared toward new school site administrators and will provide an understanding of how schools are funded and school budgeting. With an emphasis on best practices, part two (B) will focus on reports and other components that affect the budget.

P-Card Reconciliation Report

Hyperlinked Control Sheets

The Hyperlinked Control Sheets training is geared towards new Principals, Coordinators, School Administrative Assistants (SAAs) and other school site staff who need a refresher in maintaining control sheets.




Transactional Detail Report

The Transactional Detail Report training is geared towards new School Administrative Assistants (SAAs) and other school site staff who need a refresher in tracking expenditures.




Year-End Best Practices

This training will discuss budget related year-end activities and provide guidance to successfully complete the current fiscal cycle.
