Imprest to P-Card Transition Webinars

To support more efficient, accountable school purchasing, the District is expanding the use of the Procurement Card (P-Card) by increasing the types of purchases allowed on the card. Effective July 1, 2025, items previously restricted from purchase on the P-Card, such as food, will be permitted. All purchases previously made through Imprest bank accounts will be transitioned to the P-Card, and Imprest accounts will be discontinued as of October 31, 2025. This training will provide schools and offices with the necessary information to facilitate the transition from Imprest bank account to the P-Card.
