The budget development training for FY 2026-27 will be provided centrally to ensure consistent, coherent, and efficient training. As part of the training, partners from Federal and State Education Programs, Multilingual and Multicultural Programs, Parent and Community Engagement Services, Equitable School Performance Office, Human Resources, Personnel Commission, and School Fiscal Services Branch will be available to support. |

To support more efficient, accountable school purchasing, the District is expanding the use of the Procurement |

Card (P-Card) by increasing the types of purchases that can be made with the card. Effective July 1, 2025, items |
|
previously restricted on the P-Card, such as food, will be permitted. All purchases previously made through Imprest |
|
bank accounts will be transitioned to the P-Card, and Imprest accounts will be discontinued as of October 31, 2025. |

To provide schools and offices with the necessary information to facilitate the transition from Imprest bank |
|
accounts to the P-Card, the District has provided the following support: |
