Our Vision

Our vision is to cultivate and support sustainable innovation in LAUSD by building strategic relationships that focus change, support innovation, and connect research to inform decision-making.

Who We Are

Our team is made up of committed and experienced teachers, administrators, fiscal experts and transformational school culture and operational leaders.  Our aim is to promote, showcase and support innovative promising practices, sometimes referred to as "best practices," to serve as innovative and effective models for schools in Los Angeles Unified School District.  An innovative promising practice can be an instructional, operational or fiscal practice that results in improving student achievement.  Our charge is to highlight these innovative promising practices and, to that end, we work toward collecting and sharing what works for all students while actively forging relationships and connections among professionals in education.
