1. Link will take you to Google drive
2. Make sure you are logged in with your LAUSD Single Sign-On (full LAUSD email and LAUSD Single Sign-On password). Click here for troubleshooting suggestions if unable to access the link above.
3. Download all necessary forms. (forms will work better if download)
4. Complete the fillable sheets with your school information.
5. Print the completed sheets and bring them to your appointment.
6. Bring a copy of E-Cast and Classification per cost center to your appointment.
