MiSiS Announcements:

MiSiS User Role Access – Upcoming Changes

In a recent data security audit, employees were identified as having user access levels in student information systems that did not align with their job duties. As a result, MiSiS, in collaboration with various District offices, has identified classified positions where access will be revoked or restricted through OneAccess to align with each position's job responsibilities.

Classified employees, in Region or District offices and schools, will now only be able to apply for access based on their job class code and corresponding user role.

The identified employees will receive a notification regarding the changes to their access, which will take effect on Friday, October 18, 2024. Site administrators/employees are encouraged to review the Guide to MiSiS User Roles to identify the appropriate user role based on their position/classification.
