Q. If a student must check out of school shortly before the end of the semester, can the teacher submit a final grade for the student, even though the final grade entry window hasn’t opened?

Occasionally, for special circumstances, such as when a student has the opportunity to attend a special program that begins prior to the end of the semester, the teacher may, upon the approval of the Principal, or designated administrator, submit the final grade for the student, to be entered into MiSiS by an authorized personnel.
