Q. How do I clear my browser cache?
- Users are encouraged to routinely clear the browser cache by following the directions below for the different internet browsers:
- In Firefox, go to History and select Clear Recent History.
- In Safari, go to History and select Clear History and Website Data.
- In Chrome, go to chrome://history/ and click on the Clear browsing data
- In Microsoft Edge, go to the three dots (•••) at the top right of the toolbar, and select Settings. Under Privacy, search, and services, under Delete browsing data, click on the Choose what to clear button. Select the Time range (e.g., Last 24 hours) and make sure the box next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files are checked, then click on Clear now.
- Users may also click on Choose what to clear every time you close the browser to enable the cache to be cleared when the browser session is closed.
