There are   two security forms requirements that our schools still need to complete.  Schools cannot test without this.  Principals can follow the directions in this short video: http://bit.ly/principal-portal-security-forms

No CAASPPCoord: Schools that have not designated a testing point of contact and/or a CAASPP coordinator.  Most principals have met this requirement, but 7 schools remain.  Principals can follow the directions in this short video: http://bit.ly/how-to-designate-testing-coord

Steps needed to get TOMS access: http://bit.ly/getting-toms-access

To get TOMS access, you’ll need to complete two steps:

    1. Print out and complete the 2016-17 Security Affidavit form, which can be found here.  Give the completed form (both sides) to your school’s testing coordinator.

    2. Complete the 2016-17 CAASPP Security Forms Teacher Training course on the Learning Zone.

      1. Follow the steps in this video to sign up for the course and to take the assessment.

      2. Print the certificate of completion, sign it, and give it to your school’s testing coordinator.

Once your school’s testing coordinator has both documents, he/she can create a TOMS account for you.

Principals can follow the directions in this short video: http://bit.ly/how-to-designate-testing-coord

    • The areas highlighted in yellow are where Principals have not yet designated a CAASPP Coordinator.
