Dashboard Updates

Connectivity Monitoring – District Wide Student Checkout

Additional filters to include:  1.  School Year to show previous data and 2.  Enrolled Flag.

3.  In District Wide Student Checkout Summary Table, two columns have been added, # Usable Device Checkout and % Usable Device Checkout.

4.  The enhanced District Wide Student Checkout Detail report now displays the following columns:

 

  • Region
  • Board
  • Campus
  • School
  • Student ID
  • Student Name
  • Grade
  • Student Email
  • Usable Device Flag

To access the dashboard, click on Operations > Connectivity Monitoring > District Wide Student Checkout.

 

Ad Hoc Reporting

Course Enrollment Subject Area has been enhanced with six additional TK Support columns and TK Support Date, under the Section Details folder.

 Course Enrollment (subject area) > Course Sections folder > Section Details folder > Additional TK Support.

Student Detail Subject Area has been enhanced with Current Intensive Diagnostic Education Center column under the Program Participation (Y/N) folder.

Student Detail (subject area) > Programs Folder > Program Participation (Y/N) folder > Current Intensive Diagnostic Education Center.
