I work in an Adult School and I need access to MyData.

To get access to MyData, please complete the Account Request Form and have it signed by the principal of your school.  In addition, please have it approved by the administrator of Adult Schools since your account will be given district-wide access.  Once this is done, fax your completed application to (213) 241-8420. You can also scan your application and email it to MyData@lausd.net.
