    Stay At Work

     

     Stay at Work/Return to Work

    The District has implemented a comprehensive program to keep injured and/or ill employees in gainful, productive and rewarding employment. The program enables an employee, based on competent medical opinion, to work within his/her medical restrictions until able to return to his/her usual and customary occupation. Participation in the program is mandatory for both the District and its employees.

    The Stay-at-Work Program is a comprehensive program designed to keep injured and/or ill District employees in gainful, productive, and rewarding employment within their work restrictions.
     
    The Stay-at-Work policy applies to any injured and/or ill employee. Participation in the program is mandatory for both the District and its employees, unless specific circumstances are exempted under the law.
