The District may exercise a zoning exemption on behalf of an individual charter school for a specifically identified property on a case by case basis upon completion of the five step process outlined below:
Step 1 - Completion of application by charter school
Step 2 - Identification of the category of property
Step 3 - Findings made by Board
Step 4 - Satisfaction of conditions by charter school
Step 5 - Board directs staff to take subsequent actions
