Contributions to Student Outcomes (Principals Only)

As part of the Memorandum of Understanding for 2012-2013 Regarding Evaluation Procedures, school site administrators are evaluated on student growth and progress toward District standards and state standards for pupil achievement.Multiple measures of student achievement and progress aligned to the District Performance Meter are to be reviewed and considered in the initial planning/objective-setting process. The Contributions to Student Outcomes measure includes previous and current school-level data and a Data-Based Objective. These student data are to be considered an important but clearly limited part of the overall performance evaluation process.
