The new Online Service Request System
will rollout in phases
Phase 1: For any new ITD service requests submitted online, you will submit a request ticket through the new Online Service Request System. ITD services include: applications, computing devices, IT infrastructure, Telecom, etc. If you have previous online requests opened for ITD services, your ticket is still active but it will be housed in the original system, Customer Self Service, until the ticket is closed.
Phase 2: We will expand to include all other request types: accounts payable, employee services/payroll, food services, etc. At this point, all new online service requests will be created in the new Online Service Request System. If you have previous online requests opened for any online service request, your ticket is still active but it will be housed in the original system, Customer Self Service, until it is closed.
