An email invitation will be sent to eligible LAUSD employees to book an appointment.
LAUSD Eligible Employees: Please follow the directions in the email invitation you received. If you access the scheduling system before you get the invitation, you will not be able to log in to book your vaccination appointment.

LAUSD EMPLOYEES
- Verification of Identity: CA Driver's License or government issued ID AND
- Appointment confirmation QR Code either displayed on a mobile device or a printed copy
FREE BUS SHUTTLE SERVICE
Los Angeles Unified is offering free bus shuttle service to Hollywood Park/SoFi Stadium for those with confirmed appointments. Please contact 1(800) LA-BUSES to arrange transportation from pre-established stop locations. Office hours for Transportation reservations are 5:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.
