Title IIA Private Schools Program Forms FAQs
Q: I can't fill out the forms when using Internet Explorer and the software I use. What do I do?
A: You can use Adobe Acrobat Reader to fill out the forms. If you don't have it, you can download it for free from this website: https://get.adobe.com/reader/
Q: I use a Chromebook, I can't fill out the form properly and the per-diem is not fillable.
A: You can use the Google Chrome browser to fill out the form, but you will need to print it out and sign it by hand. Make sure to send both the digital copy of the form and the printed copy with your signature.
Q: Can I use my iPad/tablet/Mobile devices to fill out the form?
A: Yes, you can fill out the forms using your mobile devices, but the application you use may vary. You can use the PDFescape website to fill out the form, but it might be difficult to do with a small screen size. There are also some applications available to use at the Google Playstore or Apple Store. If you have an Apple pencil or a stylus, you can even sign your document electronically using your tablet.
Q: I am having issues with signing my signature digitally. What do I do?
A: You can use Adobe Reader to eliminate the hassle of signing digitally. Sometimes, even if you are successful in signing, the electronic signature does not specify who the signee is (the signature will have a line of letters and numbers). When this happens we unfortunately need to ask teachers to re-sign the document properly. We need the signature to show their name, and the email address used in signing the document. Please follow this guide on how to sign electronically using Adobe Acrobat. The video is for Windows but should theoretically work for Mac too.
