- Effective schools and offices celebrate together, not only recognizing attendance, but holidays, employee milestones, and may offer token incentives to show appreciation for a job well done.
- Help staff feel their work is important and assign personally stimulating work. Make staff performance expectations clear so employees can see their contribution to school or office improvement goals.
