    Since 2008, Daphne Congdon has served as the Director of Finance and Administration for the Los Angeles Unified School District’s Information Technology Division. In this role, she oversees central office functions including, IT Asset and Software Compliance, IT Budget and Finance, Cellular Unit, Telecommunications Billing Unit, IT Contracts, IT Human Resources and the IT Warehouse – all to ensure the division’s business practices are aligned with the District’s policies and comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

    Before serving LAUSD, Ms. Congdon brings a wealth of knowledge from her previous roles in the educational and the information technology field.

     
    Ms. Congdon received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Saint Bonaventure University in Allegany, New York and her Master of Business Administration degree from the University of San Diego in San Diego, California. She hails from Cuba, New York.
