I am glad to see the State of California and the County of Los Angeles join the fight against vaping. Why haven’t the City of Los Angeles and the State of California banned flavored tobacco and vaping products which are aimed at kids? Los Angeles Unified filed a class-action lawsuit against JUUL Labs, Inc. on Oct. 29
