Libra Academy educator wins $20,000 teaching award for supporting, inspiring students

Orlando Rodriguez, native of Huntington Park who returned to teach at one of the community's high schools was honored today by the Carlston Family Foundation as the recipient of an Outstanding Teachers of America Award, which recognizes significant contributions made to the academic success of students.
