Request for Schoolwide Program (SWP)
-
Schools participating in programs funded through the state's consolidated application process must develop a School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA). The content of the SPSA must be aligned with goals for improving student achievement and address how funds will be used to improve academic performance. A school that intends to transition from Targeted Assistance School (TAS) status to Schoolwide Program (SWP) status must submit a Request for Authorization of a Schoolwide Program form and an Intent to Operate a Schoolwide Program form prior to final approval of the school’s SWP SPSA.
