Website Options
SchoolsSchools have two options for their website needs. Please see a short description of the website options provided for schools below. For more information, please refer to the Website Policy (BUL - 2424.3)Default Portal Page (Find-a-School)Every LAUSD school site - including all comprehensive pre-K, elementary, middle, and high school sites; dependent charter schools; continuation schools; options schools; and special education centers - has a default port page that provides basic information about the school. This is commonly referred to as the Find-a-School page.
A school can choose to rely on the default portal page as its primary source of information or use Edlio CMS solution to host content for their school site.District Supported School Website Host - Edlio (Free of Charge)Edlio offers a basic tool kit for schools to create a web presence with basic information - free of charge to our schools. If this option is chosen, a request can be made to post your school URL on Find-a-School to let people know you have a website beyond the portal page. For more information on school websites, please refer to the Website Policy (BUL - 2424.4)
